I am drinking protein shakes...usually well under my calorie goal but doubling up on protein.....I am losing weight, feeling good. I was wondering the same thing as you.....

My wife and I drink them because they are low calorie, healthy and the protein really fills you up.....we usually use them to replace 1 meal a day...usually breakfast or lunch!!

My mini goal....is...to weigh less Monday morning than I did today!!! That may seem small, but the weekends are my tough times.....I will be glad for any loss at all!!! :drinker:

Thats always been my hardest time to.....I find that if I keep busy after I get home, up until dinner, i will not snack. Then after dinner I drink a large water...it will also help if you walk after dinner!! Wanna be friends?
