  • I had trouble following the Recipes etc in the guide. MFP was the savior for me. By logging my food here I was able to keep my nutrition in line. I also highly recommend the classic version. Just do more reps and lower weight if you want the tone non bulk look. Tony will tell you this over and over during the videos.
  • YEP! I play with the minutes in the Exercise tab until it equals the calories burned on my HRM.

  • Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches are a must in my freezer. If I have cookies or other things in my house I cannot stop myself, so I quit buying them. I sent people home with leftovers of any sweets that might have been available if company was over. Cheers
  • Even 10 years after the military I eat fast. I still do, and I dont fight it anymore. However, I drink a 8oz glass of water or a small protein shake (depending on what I'm eating for that meal) about 15 minutes before I start eating. Now I can continue to eat fast, but I feel full much faster. Cheers
  • I wear a heart rate monitor, pick any random exercise, and then play with the time until it equals the proper calories burned my heart rate monitor told me.
