So that when i come up for air I am Choking on their nasty purfume while swimming And I double Hate it when people from the steam room use the POOL to rinse off and cool down! WTF Gross! we have showers at our gym! this is disgusting!!!

I think you smile when you are doing something you love for sport, hobby and rejuvenation. You smile as long as its for the love of the sport and not because you are forcing yourself or simply just using the sport for exercise

Lol! Do you smile while Swimming? I have seen runners Smile I think runners are happy people! they just smile after the race and after... at life in general. Think about having to smile while out of breath... Even if you have just won the race its hard! I have been a runner and a swimmer... Swimming definitly my Fav!!!

I put my hair in a messy bun then flip my head upside down spread the cap put my forehead in and slide it on! Good Luck! I recommend the cap! No Tangels No clorine Hair Dry and bittle No pony mess!
