  • I understand what you're talking about!!! its such an illogical hunger. I would eat and eat and eat and still feel like i am not done and still hungry.... this has caused me to go on binges a few times now because i just want the hunger gone and i crave that satifisied feeling that doesnt come. ironically enough, i started…

  • I currently dont have a clue what my size is. if i had to guess, maybe a size 12/13? I would love to be in the single digits. I've never been in that territory before...
  • i trade health foods for convenience most days. i know what i am supposed to eat, but tell that to my busy schedule! HA! My favorite go-to is Wendy's. I get a Full size baja salad (comes with a small chilli) and a 4 piece nugget. I use one dressing and one of the sweet and sour dipping sauce. no crackers, no cheese, no…
  • just discovered this product on some forums and websites.... i ordered a bunch to try them out. the whole calorie-free thing worries me... that just cant be healthy. all chemicals and no nutrients. BUT, i can see the appeal and it would be a great way to wean off the sauces and syrups. its actually better if it doesnt…

  • there's not much diff in both pics.. but i def think if i have to choose, the second (curvy) picture is hotter!!! you look softer and more feminine ... you're a bombshell either way though. just do what feels best.
  • Bumping for later - so many posts I want to read... There are binge eating groups on MFP and I've heard that Overeaters Anon helps people who binge too. I dont have the disorder but I binge a lot and its connected to my emotions and stress. I'm trying to break this cycle.
  • im struggling with this toooo... every day is a struggle! every social event is a guilt trip, every piece of chocolate is a fight with myself... etc. I sincerely hope it DOES get better!!! but keep in mind that - nothing easy is worth doing :)
  • i tried laser hair removal for a very small space years ago, just try to it out, and it hurt a lot! its similar to a HOT rubber snapping BUT the pain lingers for a while and is more sharp/intense. its tolerable but i still wont do it unless i can justify to myself that it is absolutely needed. Remember: i just tried it…

  • doctors are sooooo stupid!!! i had to go through so many of them just to be properly DX... and i am by no means a mild case :( I never ever had a period that wasnt induced by BC (that meant that my FIRST period EVER was when i was 18.. when i found a doc that believed me!!! i repeat 18!!! sheesh!), horrible cystic ruptures…

  • people are generally not okay with major changes and you wanting to lose weight and make yourself better is threatening to them.... Remember that you are doing this for yourself. To hell with what haters say (even if they are family and friends). If they truly care about you, they will want what is best for you, which is…
  • people make "pudding" with chia seeds by soaking them in almond milk or coconut milk.... still tastes like frog spawn in my opinion. YUCK!!! they're supposed to expand in your stomach though, hence making you FEEL full. but in addition to the expanding in your stomach thing, chia seeds are a super food. very high in…
  • Whoa... definately bumping this :)
  • When I saw myself (my back only!!! thank goodness i was turned away from the camera) in school posters for an event I had attended a few months prior.... the posters were EVERYWHERE and all i can see every time I passed by one was my HUGENESS and how many fat rolls I had... and how deluded I was to think that the clothes I…
  • 1) That portions matter... a lot 2) Carbs are the devil --- and that sugar addiction is a real thing 3) That everyone's opinions are on par with scientific facts... and I'm always wrong BONUS: A calorie is a calorie .... unless its not. alternate form: its all about the math (calories in, calories out)... unless its not…

  • carbs shouldn't be a problem unless you have a medical condition.... and keep in mind there are simple vs. complex carbs. I am trying to lower my carbs too and its hard since we've been so used to the foods we have had every day. But you can do it!!! if you go over in carbs, just work on calories for a bit and then try to…
