Bumping for later - so many posts I want to read... There are binge eating groups on MFP and I've heard that Overeaters Anon helps people who binge too. I dont have the disorder but I binge a lot and its connected to my emotions and stress. I'm trying to break this cycle.

im struggling with this toooo... every day is a struggle! every social event is a guilt trip, every piece of chocolate is a fight with myself... etc. I sincerely hope it DOES get better!!! but keep in mind that - nothing easy is worth doing :)

we've all heard the rules.... eating clean is HIGHLY recommended. lol. but mehhhh -- as long as you can keep the macros and the calories under control, i dont see what the harm is. i dont eat clean -- ive made progress. but if i could, i would try to eat clean :)

^^^ yup!!! lol. tastes the same to me too. but quinoa is a grain so its supposed to be healthier and is a complete protein too. but def better than rice. i HATE rice, white or brown both suck, but i like cous cous and quinoa (equally so) Just eat what you prefer :)

i eat bananas all the time.... usually plain. but sometimes with blueberries and some almonds. i just dont understand the peanut butter and banana mix - does nothing for me. lol. bananas are high in potassium and very healthy for your and your digestive tract. but make sure you keep an eye out for teh carbs and starch....…

carbs shouldn't be a problem unless you have a medical condition.... and keep in mind there are simple vs. complex carbs.
