I tried it over a year ago... I got a week sample pack from a friend who was using it and selling it. you may need to change the batteries in your scale. that happened to me and I change the battery in it... them my kids messed it up so I have to get a new scale..

I love running... its my me time.. gets me aways from everything for a while.. just my music the road and me... like others have said good shoes will help with shin splints..

I'm on durning the day log in bout 7:30am till about 4pm central time zone...

I know what daylight savings is.. I love being able to get off work and taking my kids to soccer practice and then being able to go home and still have outside time with them... unlike right now practice starts at 5:30 and by 6 its dark outside... even during the summer I love having it light out till 8...

they were talking about taking away daylights savinges time here in TX.... meaning these crazy parents want it to be dark earlier... they must not have kids in sports... or they don't work out...

Mine has been doing the same thing... One of my runs last week wouldn't link up on MFP but then my run from Saturday did.. then yesterday my 11 mile run didn't link up.. this morning after I deleted and reinstalled MFP it poped up showing I had the calories but didn't show anything about my run... its weird and I'm not…

Here in Texas I make inject my turkey's with a mixture of seasonings and fry(not greasy at all) them, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green been casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls. I also bake a nice big mix of pies like cherry pie, pecan pie, buttermilk pie, and pumpkin pie.

I got out to eat with my husband and drink with my friends... I just watch how much I eat and drink.. If I know I'm going to a wing place I plan the rest of my day around that... Like tonight I'm sure we will have pizza for dinner cuz I didn't plan anything to cook so I will have my two slices of pizza and make a salad...…
