  • Love this thread. Your goals inspire me. I am keeping my mine short and will add more and I go along and conquer each one. First on the list is cutting out the sugar. Huge for me as I swear I am addicted to candy and cookies.

  • If you are just starting out...it takes awhile for your body to adjust to the smaller portions and healthy eating. Give it time. Order a 6 in and drink plenty of water. Pretty soon that is all your body will need. Want no, need yes.

  • I face the same problem but my office order take-out. Quite frequently like today. Soemtimes I can't always find the calorie count like today. I opted for two vegetable soft tacos vs. the Chickent Tastada Salad that I usually get which sometimes can clock in at 900 calories. I think I stayed under 400 today. What do you…
