My husband (Active Duty Army), all his buddies, and myself all LOVE P90X. The thing it remember is it is advanced. Not everyone is in the shape to do everything right away. The key is the pause button, and learning to modify! If you can't do 25 'real' push ups, do what you can, and do the rest on your knees. Or do 10-15,…

I'm actually wondering the same thing. I'm on day 5 of P90X and while logging things like Kenpo (I logged it as kickboxing) is sort of easy, I'm not sure about the rest. I'm going to get a heart rate monitor soon, once I do that I'll know exactly how many kcal I'm burning, which will make things a lot easier.
