I did my 3rd day week 1 yesterday. I stretched after and my knees are much better today.

Was able to buy a large shirt yesterday. It's been over 30 years since I wore a large.

I did it for two weeks while doing 1200 calories. I lost the same amount of weight when I stopped. As long as I stay in my calorie goal of 1200.

They are achy and I did not stretch after that is probably the issue. What type of stretches do you do? I just did the cool down.

Thanks I'll try the filming thing. I have new shoes fitted from a running store so hopefully those are not the issue. I'm not sure I can go any slower Lol!

Day 2 done. My knees hurt a bit more today then the first day.

me, I get up at 1:45 am I have to be to work at 3 am. My biggest issue is trying to go to bed by 7 pm. Which is harder now that its nice outside and still sunny.
