I prefer the FiberOne chocolate chip cookie over the brownie. If you put it in the microwave for a few seconds and add a small spoon of FF Cool Whip, it is actually quite good...for 100 calories anyway.

It's not about high carbs......it's about portion control and being able to eat your favorite foods. It's about the type of starch. Low carb is what's unhealthy.

Lately I've been making a breakfast parfait. I take a Yoplait thick and creamy yogurt and layer in a high fiber cereal. This morning I had the new FiberPlus cinnamon oat cereal with it. Thanks for the advice. I just use the Minute brown rice, so maybe that's part of my problem.
