I've had 7 children, and lost just over 50 pounds. I had a nasty mess of hanging skin, which i had removed by a plastic surgeon in March. If you are young, have good genetics, and haven't had a lot of pregnancies, you may have better luck with your skin. Building muscle helps as well.

From Texas to Montana, if i can't move to Europe. Took the first step and bought land this summer.

cottage cheese with cinnamon and fruit, or a mostly egg white omelet (1 whole egg, 2 additional whites) with spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.

When i still ate bread, i liked the honey oat. No idea if it is whole grain or not (other than the 8 flakes of oat on top), but it sure was tasty!

I don't find that people get upset. On the contrary, they seem happy to have a dedicated designated driver. I can have just as much fun sober as they claim to have while drinking. :D

Your dog may have an allergy to ragweed or something else in the air. One of my corgis has itching fits every year at this time, and has to go on Benadryl for about six weeks to clear it up. In answer to your food question, i feed my dogs as nature intended. They eat raw meat and bones, just like their wild relatives. I've…

I'm down 50 with about 23 to go. There are "before" and current photos in my profile.

Went shopping Monday for accessories for an outfit to wear to a ZZ Top concert. Several of the salespeople that worked with me said i was tiny, and should look for stuff in the Juniors department. And i have a 26 year old guy crushing on me. :D He is the same age as my oldest son!

Luv the shorts!

A bad sex life has been the catalyst for a breakup in my past, so i have to say it's a deal breaker. Perhaps i won't feel the same way when i get older, but at 43, it's still pretty crucial to me.

hahah. I was at a Def Leppard concert earlier this week, and there was a very well-endowed young lady on the other side of the stage. Wearing a lacy black bra, and a green tank about 2 sizes too small. Her date was holding her up, and she was literally bouncing her boobs on the stage, and getting pissed when the band…

No idea what your lady friend meant. but i will freely admit i traded my addiction to food for an addiction to fitness. And i don't see anything wrong with that.

1. Get mobbed by the dogs immediately upon displaying signs of awakening 2. Fight my way to the bathroom to offload the gallon of water i drank the day before 3. Carry my crippled dog downstairs so they can all go outside

Cottage cheese with pineapple, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a tablespoon of chopped walnuts. Decadent!

I hate, hate, HATE butt blasters. They are basically a weighted donkey kick using the Smith machine. But oh, they do such nice things to my hams and glutes.... I love heavy leg day, especially deadlifts and leg presses.

Guess you need to define "heavy" flirting...

Ugh, i hate my before photos. This was take October 2010, with my hubby in San Diego. This is roughly 55 pounds later, in mid June of this year. I'm still about ~20 pounds from where i want to be, but not at all unhappy with where i'm at.

Because it's the internet. Being faceless means that folks can do all the nasty things they wanted to do in their prepubescent years, but were afraid to do because of punishment or shame.

I would say "oh, *guy* said he was really looking forward to all of us having brunch together, i'm so sorry you won't be able to make it". LOL

What i like changes frequently. This week i'm really happy that my glutes are rising up to meet my shoulders. :D Come to think of it, my shoulders are looking pretty great as well...

I mentioned in the first thread that i had 7 dogs. Here are some photos: Scooter, 2 year old papillon Tucker, 11.5yo Shetland sheepdog and my darling Gus, at about 4 months old. He just turned 4 years this week. He's a Pembroke Corgi Beauregard, the GSD. He is 9, and hiding a ball from the corgis in this photo. Rusty, my…

I have 7. There is Jazper, who is a 15yo Shetland Sheepdog (sheltie), tri-color. Then Tucker, who is 11; also a sheltie, he is white with blue merle markings. Next is Rusty, who will be 11 on xmas day - he is a red and white Pembroke corgi. Loki comes after that - he is a 10yo sheltie, cousin to Tucker and the same color.…

I get a DEXA scan every 4 months or so. Surprisingly, it's fairly consistent with my withings scale. However, when my trainer uses calipers, he gets a much lower reading. I use the DEXA numbers, because i believe they are most accurate, even if they don't reflect what i want to hear. :D

I had a consult with my plastic surgeon last week about BA. My concerns centered around my gym program. He told me that if the implants are sized correctly and placed correctly, and if i follow my post-op instructions, i can get back to lifting upper body at 6-8 weeks and there will be virtually nothing i can do to shift…

You are not in a serious relationship, it doesn't sound like you're exclusive, so what he does on his own time is his business. If you're worried about it and want to elevate the relationship, talk to him. If he doesn't want exclusivity and you don't want to play the field, then you have the option to seek company…

Guess it depends on the individual and their circadian rhythms. I'm MUCH rather get up early than stay up past my regular bedtime.
