  • Yes please! I would love to join. I'm just getting back into it and this sounds like great motivation (with enough time to plan for successful eating) ;)
  • Hi! Me too! I'm 34 with 30 lbs to lose (hopefully 35 but I'd be happy with 30). I'd love to share support to keep me honestly. Please feel free to add me! Would anyone be interested in creating a private group so we can use that to help each other along?
  • Starting weight: 170 Easter goal weight: 150
  • I would love to join! This sounds fantastic! Thank you!!
  • Love this! Thank you all for sharing. I'm just starting but hopefully this thread will be around for me to post success pictures eventually :)
  • Workout! Just like WW it add extra calories to the daily allowance. I used to be a WWer and when I started on MFP I would work out during the week and mentally save those calories for the weekend if that makes sense. I felt like they were compartable to my "flex point" on WW. Hopefully that makes sense and helps a little :)
  • Did it! I went back to level 1 day 7 in order to get back in the groove (and because I'm still not 100% over this stupid cold). Feeling good for not quitting- even if I am behind- and looking forward to tomorrow :)
  • Oh my gosh- I can't wait to get to level 2. I took a few days off for a cold and I can't wait to try the new moves. This is motivating me to get moving again! Thanks ladies :)
  • So not my period but I haven't worked out since Friday due to a nasty head/chest cold. I could barely breathe normally and knew I couldn't keep up with Jillian. I walked a bit this weekend but it totally knocked me out- it was pathetic honestly! But, I'm not giving up. I committed to finishing this program and I am going…
  • Yes! I was sick all weekend so I am way behind but I'm still working on it. One day left on level one and then onto level 2. I'm behind but not quitting!!!
  • I finished! Not my best but I did. Looking forward to tomorrow :)
  • Love this!!
  • I'm personally a believer in a "rest day". Not necessarily doing nothing but no strength training. I plan on taking one day off a week and doing something different (yoga, pilates, jog, walk, whatever). But I believe your muscles need a day to recover. Just my opinion but I'm planning on adding a few days on at the end in…
  • I'm a day behind and completed day 7 last night. I was tired and didn't want to but thinking of falling two days behind got my bum in gear. Felt great to get it done. Looking forward to tonight!! Can't wait for level 2!!
  • Congrats! The NSVs are the best! Last night I was able to do all the arm raises in the third segment with weights!! I was thrilled :) So motivating!!
  • I would add on to the end too but that's just me. It'll keep you in the habit longer that way :) I agree- I missed yesterday and normally that would totally kill me but I'm looking forward to tonights workout. Its really nice to feel accountable to someone!!
  • No real food plan, just trying to limit carbs in terms of breads, pastas, etc. It seems I really struggle to lose weight when I'm eating those but I just love them so much! I have been having whole wheat bread at lunch but trying to limit it other wise. It hasn't worked yet but hopefully this week the lbs will start to…
  • Yes and even thought I knew it was going to happen- its really frustrating!! I hate water weight
  • I hadn't planned on it either but I ended up taking last night off. Back on the horse tonight! Day 6....here I come!!
  • Funny you ask this today- I usually work out in the basement but thanks to a leaking water heater and a soaking wet carpet I am currently displaced. Still trying to figure out an alternative. Bad day... :(
  • I did day 2 last night and it felt harder- my muscles were so tired! But I did it- the whole thing and feel great about it! I'm looking forward to round 3 tonight. Is anyone else doing this at night? I'm working out after my son's bedtime (about 7:30). If you are doing this later in the evening, when do you eat- before or…
  • I took all my measurements but they are at home and I am never on the computer at night so here's what I know.... Age: 33 Height: 5'2 1/4" Weight: 170.4 Everything is too big so I need to get it smaller. I will do my best to remember to updated with actual measurements tonight but I at least wanted to share what I know off…
  • I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it but I did last night. Its really annoying. I figure that since I did the whole thing I must be in better shape than her. Hahahahahaha!!
  • I started last night (I have Monday start OCD-ness). It felt so good to get through it and I'm still feeling good about it this morning :) I'm really excited to do it again tonight!!
  • Hi! My name is Erica and I am 33 with an almost 1 year old. I'm still adjusting to life as a working mom and haven't fit workouts into my routine yet. I need to lose the baby weight- plus all the extra from before that!! I know that having you guys hold me accountable will get me into a routine nightly workout. I am really…
  • OK so I have started before and want to make sure I am doing it right. You do the 1st series for 10 days straight, then you do the 2nd for 10 days and then the 3rd right? Is that the right way to do this video? I've always been a believer in not working the same muscles 2 days in a row but the results seem to speak for…
  • I would love to join! I have 30DS and haven't ever completed it. This is perfect!! Please count me in!!
  • English muffin pizzas!! Mmmmmm!!! Its my go-to to satisfy the craving if I don't want to get the real thing :)
  • Me too! Hartford area...and I am sick of snow!! I need to take up skiing so maybe I will appreciate it :)
  • I have a 9 month old and would love other moms for support and encouragement. When do you ladies fit in workouts? Being back at work full time, I am really struggling with this.
