When I was loosing the majority of my weight I tracked points and track on this site. I just did because it gave me even more accountability. You can look on my profile to see my weight loss stats.

I think paying helps to push you more. But thats not all it is. When I started trying to loose weight I had no clue where to start and WW's helped me learn about what food is and how I can look at it better. I like it because everyone at the meetings has the same struggles as me and they're there to help.

Says some one whos never done it. You can say what you think but its gotten me where I am today and I am SO thankful for it.

WW's helped me learn the basics about food. I couldn't do it just by counting calories when I started out because I thought that meant only salads. So of course I never lasted. I joined WW's in Nov. 2009 and it has honestly changed my life. I'm one of those people that need that accountability and I defiantly got it from…

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I'm just nervous of letting myself down. But I'm going to do it and hopefully prove myself wrong!

Thanks guys! I started my WLJ 5 months after my son was born. I joined Weight Watchers and I've been doing WW's since. My son is now 30 months so I've been working on it for a little over 2 years. I've also been working with a trainer for a few months now that has really helped give me the push that I've needed. I'm not…

Is there a way I can make it smaller?

It took me over a year to get through that 'hump'. It just takes motivation and accountability. Accountability is what gets me through the hardest days!

I'm 5'6. I started out at 209 in Nov 2010 and today the scale said 159. I have progress pictures in my profile. I've been on weight watchers for almost 2 years and have recently started working with a trainer.

I'm more willing to run in the cold/wet weather but winters here usually get pretty bad. I can't even see the roads usually. Plus the gear that I would like to get would cost me money I don't have :( I think I'll just suck it up and use the treadmill.

Thanks! I didn't know how to put them up!

Thanks!

1200 - 1400 if I want to lose weight at all that week.

Thanks everyone!

I've been working with a trainer for a couple months now and have lost another 10 pounds. Running or lifting about an hour each day. But when I lost the majority of weight I was Weight Watchers and thats what really helped keep me motivated. I couldn't do it with out someone to keep me accountable!

Thank you! Gotta work hard on getting rid of the 'mommy' belly still!

Thanks for the replys everybody! I knew I would get differen't opinions from all of you and thats why I put it out there. I think I've come to the conclusion not to try it as of right now because it does cost money. Maybe down the line I'll give it a try but not right now. You all made very good points! Thank you so much!
