I'm a little under 209 right now, and my goal is to be around 160. Can you tell me how you did it, and also how long it took!! Great job. You look wonderful!

I started my WLJ 5 months after my son was born. I joined Weight Watchers and I've been doing WW's since. My son is now 30 months so I've been working on it for a little over 2 years. I've also been working with a trainer for a few months now that has really helped give me the push that I've needed. I'm not done yet though. Hoping to get down to 140. My advice would be to just keep pushing and not give up.0 -
