I've got Greek yoghurt, strawberries, oats and a teaspoon of jam mixed up in the fridge for tomorrow morning. Another favourite is egg and broccoli muffins - I got my recipe off of Pinterest - they are quick and easy to make and you can freeze them which is always handy :-)

Hey! I can sympathise on the fast food front. What puts me off is when I have to enter it onto here as it helps me see just how bad it is. I agree! This app is great but sometimes if you're doing it alone there isn't as much motivation to keep you logging. Would like to meet motivational friends this time round. I love seeing what other people are up to and helping to support ????
