Try it. Eat up to your TDEE. Stay there for 3-4 weeks or longer. Then start subtracting 50 calories a day. You will shred weight like crazy.

Not sure where my last post went.... I'm using TDEE. I still have a BMF so I have a pretty accurate idea of my TDEE. I follow the eat more to weigh less principle. I subtract 15% off my TDEE and eat there. 2400 x .85 = 2040 Cal per day. I'm losing about a pound per week. I also use the quick and dirty calculation of 10-12x…

I've found that the fitness calculator in this site shows my "calories burned" a little high. I use shape.com and it is more in line with my heart rate monitor. 45 min elliptical moderate effort=425 calories.

Hi, I know exactly how you feel. Just remember this there are no "bad foods." I divide foods into 3 groups. "Usually," "Sometimes," and "Rarely." This takes away the feeling that I have "blown it" or some how cheated. Hope this helps.
