Green_eyed_be is right! Protein and complex carbs are the key to keeping hunger at bay. I would also add that FIBER is super helpful. For example, instead of having rice cakes, why not a nice gala apple? Much more fiber. If you're in need of good snack suggestions I HIGHLY recommend Questbars. They save me when I'm at work.

Yep! I'm on my way to this as well. The top 2 are pretty carved out ATM, it's the bottom 2 that are annoying. Have to keep strength training!

I would work out in the AM if I could, but I get up at 5:30 so that would be a little insane. I'm forced to work out after work and it's less than ideal....jealous of those of you who have work at 9!!

I need to get a scale. I just use the gym one. Going less by pounds and more by measurements over here.

Sage roasted chicken garnished with apples and onion and a half-cup of brown rice. If I get munchy I'll have the protein pow chocolate milkshake I made.

This is my trouble area....small everywhere else (even started losing it off my butt) but larger thighs. Hoping more cardio will help with that and it will come in time.
