Sitting at my desk having lunch and trying not think about all the food items I would love to eat but cant.
I'm currently munching my way through a white pitta bread filled with bavarian ham and salad to be followed by fresh fruit.

I've got homemade dahl with homemade pitta breads. Yum yum. And the dahl is really low in fat! In fact, I might post the recipe...0

Cauliflower, grape tomatoes, green peppers and grilled chicken breast. I thrown in a zero calorie flavored water to curb my sweet tooth.
Try drinking more water to curb your cravings. You can get through the day!0 -
Today's lunch was left over red curry with tofu and veggies. And tomorrow will be leftovers from the dinner I've just had - chicken and apricot tagine. Yum!0

I have a half sandwhich w/ light mayo and turkey, a lite yogurt, banna and roasted nut granola bar.
I am still gettin used to dieting0 -
Tuna fish sandwich (white bread, .6 serving of mayo and 1 slice american cheese) and 2 cups of progresso light beef pot roast soup. Total should be about 470 calories.0

Just had a slice of fresh bread with rocket, roast beef, pesto, parmesan and pine nuts, a simple side salad (rocket, cucumber, tomato and balsamic vinegar) and a hard boiled egg0

Sage roasted chicken garnished with apples and onion and a half-cup of brown rice. If I get munchy I'll have the protein pow chocolate milkshake I made.0

A large Greek salad - Sheep's feta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar and dried oregano. It is absolutely delicious.

A couple of "tacos" made from whole wheat tortillas, smeared with horseradish mustard and filled with thin slices of black forest ham and broccoli slaw.. total 164 calories for the two of them. Add in a container of no-fat yogurt and I'm good.0

Chobani Greek Yogurt, apple cinnamon
Lunch @ 11
Detour Lean Muscle protein bar (I run on my lunch break)
2nd Break @ 1pm
1 1/2 cups of mixed veggies
Sauteed onions and peppers
Chicken breast seasoned with red pepper flakes, garlic pepper, and ms dash onion and herb
(all in my lunch box!)

Nothing yet. I'm a stay at home mom, and it's only 7:30. I will have a chicken sandwich on multigrain bread. A yogurt and a small orange. It's what I eat pretty much everyday.0
