    A couple of "tacos" made from whole wheat tortillas, smeared with horseradish mustard and filled with thin slices of black forest ham and broccoli slaw.. total 164 calories for the two of them. Add in a container of no-fat yogurt and I'm good.

    Breakfast on first break at 8:30--
    3 scrambled eggs
    1 cup broccoli (mixed with eggs)
    Sauteed onions & peppers (mixed with eggs)
    Chobani Greek Yogurt, apple cinnamon

    Lunch @ 11
    Detour Lean Muscle protein bar (I run on my lunch break)

    2nd Break @ 1pm
    1 1/2 cups of mixed veggies
    Sauteed onions and peppers
    Chicken breast seasoned with red pepper flakes, garlic pepper, and ms dash onion and herb

    (all in my lunch box!)

    Nothing yet. I'm a stay at home mom, and it's only 7:30. I will have a chicken sandwich on multigrain bread. A yogurt and a small orange. It's what I eat pretty much everyday.

    today I had Summer Soup basically courgettes, spring onions, watercress, peas & mint gorgeous made enough for 6 serving so will be freezing the rest for later in the week/month

    And I plan to enjoy it (in moderation, of course). I need the energy for another killer Boot Camp session with the trainers tonight.
