Quest Chips. 21g of protein, like 4 carbs, high in fiber. Literally so good. They're a great replacement for regular chips, they don't taste exactly the same, but mannnn are they tasty. You can order them online or at any vitamin shoppe or GNC.

I can totally relate. It's like you'll get motivated and then you exhert all your motivation and need like a break but during that break ruin all the hard work you did. You can totally add me for the extra help you are looking for. I am in the same boat. About 60lbs to loose and don't want to stop until I get there this…

It really is personal preference. If I eat carbs pre-workout I can workout right after I eat. If I have a heavier meal I usually have to wait an hour or so. It is whatever makes you feel as if you preform your best while working out. The only time you would be working out "fasted" is first thing in the morning, and if that…

Hi! You can add me if you like. We can chat about daily workouts and keep eachother motivated. I know how hard it is to do it alone sometimes!

I lift because I want to become shredded and also compete one day! Lifting heavy and hitting new PR's really makes me happy. My inspiration is Nicole Wilkins, she won the Figure Olympia 4 times and is such a huge role model for me!

You can add me :D

Congrats on the huge success!

Well I wouldn't be training fasted. I know that doesn't work for me. I would most likely be just walking or bike riding for 39 minutes in the morning before breakfast.

You can do it! Start slow, and soon enough it will add up to a big change! Also feel free to add me :D

Bodybuilding.com has great videos to teach you proper form on basically any lift you can imagine. Don't go to the threads there because basically they are all judgemental meatheads. As for the weird looks, shoot them one back. Or just ignore them, I know you want to look around and see what others are doing but if you…

Plan, plan, plan. The more you plan the easier it is. Pick a day over the weekend to plan everything that way when you get busy during the week you don't have to think about your food or exercise. It will get easier with practice, but if you need any advice I'd be glad to help :)

Write down your goals and put them some place you see them everyday. Seeing them written out will keep you on track!
