I usually buy the skippy or Jif natural because I don't have time to stir my peanut butter. Anything in moderation is fine in my opinion and they are definitely healthier than regular PB.

From NY and moved to Vegas for 6 months for an internship. I cannot wait to go back to the east coast in a month. Everything here is just the same all the time, I miss thunder storms, and the changing trees. It's boring here when it's just hot all the time.

It really is personal preference. If I eat carbs pre-workout I can workout right after I eat. If I have a heavier meal I usually have to wait an hour or so.
