Multiple Questions re hiit and strength

How do you record hiit in mfp? What is a good schedule? M w f strength, t th hiit? Same day, with strength before hiit? I still have absolutely no idea what I am doing, so I'm winging it with bodyweight strength, and no cardio yet. I'm not even sure I'm going to yet. But if I add hiit, what is the best schedule?

    My schedule is M/T/Th/F lifting, W/S HIIT
  • That sounds good. I want to do strength more than 3 times a week, so that might work. I think I am going to get addicted.

    I always did a split weight routine 6 days a week followed by HIIT, or HIIT in the am and weights in the pm. I keep my HIIT at 15-20 minutes max. If I can surpass that I'm not working hard enough!
