New You before New Years Challenge!

Created a group for a new you before new years challenge. Can be found here (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/100496-newyoub4newyears).
The challenge criteria include, weekly weigh-ins, at least 3 hours in the gym a week, and daily food tracking (because MFP, duh). It's a great way to stay accountable over the holiday season, and get yourself going before the new year. I mean why wait until the new year to make changes when you can start now?

It'll be a lot of fun, and there will be a winner chosen at the end. It officially starts on Saturday so get ready to get fit!
