I'm a bit of a sucker for cocktails! Not sure how healthy they are though! Haha! I think vodka has significantly lower calories than wine or beer or cider, but I could be wrong!

When I get down to my goal weight, I want to hire a personal shopper and have a complete wardrobe overhaul! Haha!

I was at a coffee morning and there was a little girl about four years old handing out cupcakes that she'd made. When she got to me she said 'You're not getting a cake because you look like you've eaten five already'. I laughed and then she asked me 'Why are you so fatty?' Haha! That was my wake-up call!!! Haha!!!

I'm doing pretty well with MFP so far. Although I will admit I'm struggling a bit trying to keep up my weight loss. I'm in the South side of Glasgow.

I got rid of my bathroom scales. I now weigh myself once a week on the scales at the local pharmacy. I know they're accurate as they've been calibrated properly.

I remember being really surprised by the amount of calories in things like dried fruit! But you'll get the hang of it! Good luck!

I find that the initial thought about doing exercise is the hardest part. Once I've started I'm fine! It's just that initial getting myself to the gym or the swimming pool! Haha!

Hi there! I've had a couple of diabetes scares this past year. I've been told that because of my weight and lifestyle I'm in a prime category for developing the condition. This is the main reason I've decided to lost some weight before it's too late. I find the support of MFP amazing!

I like to exercise during the commercials! Each commercial break lasts about three minutes...so in an hour long programme you will have about 12 mins to exercise!

I drink way too much diet soda! Sometimes three litres a day. I know that you think it's good because it's 'diet' but there are so many chemicals in it. One of them being aspartame. (Have look online for aspartame poisoning). Also, the amount of caffene in these drinks is sky high! It's a hard habit to kick!

I swear by my electronic cigarette! I started them a few months ago. Have gone from smoking 20 normal ciggs a day, to about 10 a week. Plus you don't stink of smoke all the time, and you can smoke them almost everywhere!

Haha! Glasgow's very wet today. Can't really complain though as we've had a really hot few weeks! It's been great!

Yes cottonz, it's an NHS clinic. It's a two year programme. Looks pretty tough! You have to be 100% commited though. If you miss a session without a good reason, you're kicked off the course. Same applies if you fail to meet the weight loss targets they set you. Going to be hard work, but I really want to do it! And I'll…

It's amazing how it all adds up! A cheeky biscuit here, a pack of crisps there...After keeping a food diary for a week, I was shocked at how much I've been eating in a day! Now I write down everything! Even that wee splash of milk in my coffee! Haha!

I find that when I get stressed, I go one of two ways. I either eat everything in sight, or have no appetite whatsoever.

My goal weight feels sooo far away...so I haven't really thought much about what happens once I get there!

I'm still getting used to all the features here. I joined here ages ago but I've just started becoming active again the past few days. Loving the food database! It makes it so much easier to track what I'm eating!
