Stress and Weight Loss

My weight loss tends to stall when I am stressed. It doesn't matter if I eat less, more, or exactly the same, I still have to lose the stress before my weight loss kicks back in.
Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know why?

I find that when I get stressed, I go one of two ways. I either eat everything in sight, or have no appetite whatsoever.0
