portion control is the key. have a little bit of everything. i do tend to stay away from sauces made with cream or coconut milk and fried things but a rogan josh basmati rice and a small onion bhaji is one of the things i tend to eat

become more active daily. now appreciate that cleaning burns me 150 calories per day! now do more to hit the goals and love being able to lose weight and eat more and of course i got to meet some lovely fitbit friends who have different settings but share the same goal and thats to be healthy!

yes the step count can overestimate my steps when hairdrying- defrosting a freezer liked to send it into sleep mode as well. i have also been eating back adjustments to keep the same deficit. i have lost weight doing that this month. so far the data over 4 weeks has been really accurate in terms of calorie counting

this is what i truely believed was right i am 16lbs overweight right now so .5lbs is fine for me. negative adjustments are on and everything is weighed. thanks for this it just made me think i was right all along

i love the fact i can now eat different amounts depending on activity. today i have eaten 1600 calories so far 1400 net - apparently my average is around 1850! i love how its so accurate because i have been losing since using it after a 2 month plateau

did not realise most alcohol contains carbs unless its distilled did not realise small snack pork pies are 200 calories did not realise salt intake with last meal will effect the next mornings weigh in. silly me

yep always hungry i guess body needs more fuel for more hormone function? i try to stop myself but i usually end up eating something fatty for a few days and then its over around day 2. i tend to get cravings so i now exercise more on those days to balance it out!

ok on workdays - 5.30am breakfast 10am - snack 12.00 lunch 3pm - snack 5.30 dinner non workdays 7.30-9am breakfast snacks whenever lunch 1-2pm snack whenever dinner - 6.30-7pm snack later maybe

the exercise numbers do but the goals dont? 1760 and 2251? my remaining is also different it gives me a higher number on the food page and lower on the home page

on the home page it gives me 1410 + any activity throughout synced by fitbit today the extra cals are 140 so far which i have been going by - on my food page its giving me a daily goal of 1739 which is not matching the other goal + added activity. not sure why its doing this it never used to?
