Yeh urine strips. I just was curious to see bc of this crazy taste in my mouth. I feel like its too early to be in ketosis after Thursday nights last hoorah ! (Beer & a sub) but lack of focus/ energy today makes me think yeh, maybe.

Absolutely does. I have been doing it afterwards, my hamburger comes from my neighbor(farmer) and is in one pound pkgs. so there is no label. So I'm going with MFP 80/20 ground beef. Thanks for helping!

Whole foods fresh, grind it yourself- honey roasted peanut butter is AMAZEBALLS !!! Not as healthy as fresh ground almond butter- still yum. I'm hooked.

Ok update on bulletproof MCT oil, way gentler ,On my system then now foods MCT oil I like this one much better and will continue to buy it. I bought the bulletproof coffee kit & price was better that way . AND it puts me in ketosis within 3 days !
