5 & 8 lbs just repp`d me to death lol !
Wow ! I just did her Upper & Lower pyramid today & even though I used 5, 8 & 10 lbs, . My arms burnt worse than using 15 or 20 lbs for curls....amazing, how such light weights with LOTS of reps makes 5 lbs feel like 20, . Anyone else have good results with this one ?

Do you ever bake quest bars in the oven ?
wow ! I just did 350 for 4 mins- YUM ! - Everytime I eat a whole choc chip cookie dough bar it throws me out of keto despite my carbs being low - so I thought I'd only have half, cut into 6 pieces & make cookies out of them....well soon see if that helps. - Meanwhile, it really hit the spot !

Quest bars stall weight loss ? Strips say mod ketones
so not sure why I haven't lost anuything this week, it's the end of my 3rd week. I know I didn't eat enough yesterday but seems like scale moves when I'm closer to 1200vs1400or1500. Carbs been low but having quest bar everyday. Drinking a gallon of water/day.

I'm about to throw in the towel : / Not really, just disappointed. It's the end of my 3rd week of keto & no loss this week- is that normal ? I've added a daily quest bar, my ketone strips say small-moderate ketones, carbs are in check, gallon of water /day, walking 6days/wk.

ive been in keto 2.5 wks, lost 10 lbs, 20 to go, if my test strip says trace, could I have a cheat food ? I know, may cause cravings but ....advice please ? Either way, I know my mistake was not enough fat today. So maybe make my cheat high fat ?

I take a 3500 step walk every morning but the rest of my steps come from grocery store, walking to get my son from bus stop, walking to post office, it seems sorta hard to get 10,000 steps in ! Keto strip showing "trace" after 2 days...accurate ?
My son just told me I had hot breath-lol- he's 8. I got back into low carb Friday morning- it's Sunday night-and I ate an apple & carrots yesterday- I've had a funky taste in my mouth all day- which I don't usually get with keto - lucky- can u get into ketosis that fast ? Barely under 30 carbs last 2 days.
