Know protein ratio, it's a percent of LBM ? Or is it body weight ? I appreciate any advice

    35% carbs (136g), 25% protein (97g), 45% fat (69g).

    Typically, .8g per lb lbm for protein. Some people go higher, especially if they're very active. Up to you how low you want to go with carbs, the rest should be fat, but that's an upper limit, not a mandatory goal.

    To go off of this, higher fat can also help you stay fuller longer. My goal may look big, but I can easy get 50-60g in minimum from breakfast, snacks, and adding a couple high-fat items to my daily intake. Protein is definitely one of the more important ones, especially if you're going to be lifting or being active, like they said.
  • Agreed with the above about protein....that's like...the only macro I really care about. I don't even look at the rest LOL.
