Do u weigh your meat before u cook it ?

Making hamburgers, is it 4 oz of uncooked meat or after you cook it ?

Before usually. (If you are using the nutrition on the pack then before). I think there are some exceptions like if you record grilled chicken that the data is for grilled not raw... does that make sense?0

Absolutely does. I have been doing it afterwards, my hamburger comes from my neighbor(farmer) and is in one pound pkgs. so there is no label. So I'm going with MFP 80/20 ground beef. Thanks for helping!0
