I just discovered Healthy Choice entrees and I am very impressed. The have whole grains and lots of protein and vegetables and they are very fresh tasting. Also less sodium then some other choices out there.

The answer for me is to just do it anyway. I walk one hour five days a week, whether I feel like it or not. It has to become a discipline, don't wait until you feel like because you may not.

Yes, it is true. I breastfed all 7 of my babies and it helped me each time. Make sure you eat and drink enough to sustain your nutritional status. Don't go on a calorie restrictive diet, just eat healthy and get back to exercise slowly.
