It's probably just water weight. How much sodium do you consume? Some days you may consume a lot and retain more water and others you might flush it all out. Along with losing/gaining weight that can play a factor in your fluctuations. I'm kind of having this confusion also, but I just assume its my sodium levels.

Wow that's actually a good idea (sleeping in workout attire). I wake up at 6am also so I'm definitely going to try that one!! I think I'm also going to invest in a micro fleece and a base layer. That should really help that way I'm not wearing excess clothing that weighs me down. Thanks for the help! :)

Definitely a whole jar of tostino salsa, and I'm talking about the double sized jar. Yeah so I can eat a whole jar of that with a whole bag of tostino wheat tortilla chips without even thinking. My stomach is like a bottomless pit when it comes to salsa and tortilla chips which is why I refrain from buying them :)

Well I have to loose about 10-15 lbs for the military and I would like to definitely loose it BY Christmas, so count me in :)
