Last week I completed all 3 days of Week 1. This week I'll be repeating Week 1 again. I'm just going to keep repeating it until I feel comfortable moving on. I will make it to the end of Week 9... even if it takes 9 months! :-p

I had trouble breathing through my nose while running too, but I guess we just have to build up our stamina.

I just finished Week 1, Day 1! So, I ended up alternating between 1 minute of running and 4 minutes of walking (plus the 5 minute warm up & cool down). That's a total of 30 minutes and I covered 2 miles. I know I will have to keep repeating the Week 1 schedule again until I can master it, but I'm up for the challenge!…

I love potatoes too much to cut them out of my diet! The other day I looked up the health benefits of potatoes and found a lot of good info in this website: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=48 The potato is not the enemy! It's the things we put on them. ;-)

I got the C25K app on my iPhone. I had to pay $3, but I think it's worth it because it allows you to listen to your own music while running, instead of the pre-programmed music that comes with most other C25K podcasts/apps I've found. Can't wait to use it!

I am glad so many people have responded so far! I have wanted to start this program many times but never went through with it. Having other people to do it along with will be a great motivator to do it and stick with it! :-)

Great info! I drink at least 10 glasses a day, beginning when I get to work. I will try to start drinking it soon after waking up in the morning.
