  • I was doing well, but was on vacation the past 9 days. As you can see I didn't log anything and didn't make the best choices, but it was fun! February Start Weight: 182.1 February Goal Weight: 176.1 Ultimate Goal Weight: 130.0 February 1: 182.1 February 8: 179.7 February 15: 184.2 February 22: February 29: (Leap year!)
  • I feel good about things so far...really worried about my upcoming travel unraveling the little progress I've made. What about you?
  • 5'3" almost 47 year old: I have been around the same weight for a few years. Last year I really upped my exercise. I have a running coach and I ran two half-marathons and the Chicago Marathon. Much to my disappointment I didn't lose any weight (except about 6 pounds when I had COVID that I gained back). I started this year…
  • So I feel like the worst challenge leader ever! I have had a very rough week...my friend's husband died and I'm having some health issues. I have not been able to do my push-ups this week because of extreme discomfort. I will re-start from where I left off either over the weekend or on Monday. I cannot apologize enough!!!

  • 60 squats...DONE!!! And I've used 2-3 lbs weights each day!!!
  • 3 days down!
  • WTG!!! That's great!
  • Day one of squats and plank...conquered:)
  • That is definitely a win!!!! Awesome:)
  • Kasey that's awesome!!! I was expecting to be very sore today, but I'm not...Yay!!!
  • Hope the business trip goes well!!! At least you really can do pushups anywhere!!
  • I initially thought the last rep was 10 and when I looked again I had a moment of sheer terror thinking that at a fifth rep of 12 was crazy! I did it and am happy with that! Great job!!!
  • I'm sure there are numerous sites out there! Here's a link to Week 1 of the site I found...make sure you are looking at the column for the number of pushups you did on your initial test:) All of the other weeks can be found on the left hand side of the site http://www.hundredpushups.com/week1.html
  • Great! I always find it easiest to have everything basically figured out for me already in terms of how many to do per set, etc. I really like that it allows for different starting points as well. Good luck:)
  • Way to go guys! You are doing awesome! My arms are still sore from the other day and so are my abs so today's set should be lots of fun...:ohwell:
  • Working my arms has always been my least favorite part of exercising. I hate it! I just don't think it ever feels good, lol. I feel that pushups also help build core strength so that is a huge plus for me! We will get stronger every day!!!
  • I'm definitely in:) I am making myself as accountable as I can and I am making sure I can stick with it this time!!!
  • This should be fun especially combined with the 100 Consecutive Pushup Challenge group that I am running:) I am expecting this will be a great start to slimming my arms down for the upcoming tank top weather!!! Yay!
  • I'm looking forward to doing this starting 3/1...and somewhat glad that I have a few more days before it starts:)
  • I completely agree...my form is not necessarily chest to the floor, but I do the best I can. At least I know I'm not one of the people with their butts up in the air, lol! I know it gets harder as you go...I can feel myself shaking and I really need to focus. I can feel my entire core engaging which is a good thing:)…
  • Thank you!!! Awesome and much appreciated advice!
  • You do not have to be able to do 10 to start with! Honestly, you start with however many you can do and the app guides you from there. It adjusts to your starting level and requires you to only do it 3 days a week. You need to have rest days inbetween! Even if you can only do 3 to begin with you'll get there!

  • First of all, don't get frustrated. It is going to make you sore! The first time I started I could not believe how sore my abs were! If you are unsure of what correct form looks like the app has demonstrations to help you with that. Secondly, although when you look at the number of pushups you need to so on a given day it…

  • The site I found on the computer is hundredpushups.com It will provide charts of how many pushups you need to do each day based on your initial test. It also can show you the proper technique to use. Of course it's find to start from a modified pushup and I'm sure you'll be doing a regular one in no time! Check the site…

  • Just go to the app store and type in "100 Pushups" A few options will show up:) They all do the same thing and best of all they tell you how many pushups you need to do:) You can always put your 10 pushups in as your initial test and they will guide you from there!

  • Yay! I'm using the 100 Pushups by Just Do Inc. I used another one before and I cannot remember which one it was...they all seem the same to me and I'm pretty sure they all promise the ability to do 100 consecutive pushups in 6 weeks! I guess we'll see!!!
