  • What type of food then do I need to be eating/ avoiding? At the moment im on a low carb, high protein diet, so im eating lots of egg whites, chicken, fish, veg, How long do you think until I will start seeing results.
  • I have the same problem hunni so you are not alone!!! I run about 10 miles a week and also do hour and half weights a week and two and half pure cardio a week and i haven't lost much weight. I think its building muscle, obviosuly muscle weighs more than fat. Dieting in its self just confuses me lol
  • Tbh i have never been a big eater, for example in the mornings I will eat ceral, then for lunch il eat a fresh chicken salad with loads vegtables and for dinner il have chicken and rice or say soup and crackers for dinner or something like that.   • I have tryed Alli b4 and it didnt agree with me. Their are so many diet pills out der its just a joke! They all claim to work, its just hard finding one that will actually do the job. Guess it all just depends on how your body reacts to it. Guess il just have to stick to good old exercise and dieting lol
