I'm not sure if I'm correct in this, but I just go with my steps and don't log my runs separately. I think it would double count if I log the runs and sync my Fitbit.

Love hearing from people what worked for them. I've been running for a little while, so I've been fitted and have great shoes, but I agree if anyone hasn't done that yet, it is a must! Thanks for the tips, I'm very excited to run my first half!!!!

I am planning to run my first half in January. I'm all signed up for the Disney half marathon and am starting to train, but at this point just slowly building my miles and training for a 10K. Hoping the 10K will help me get ready for the half.

I have the Isopure in Dutch chocolate and love it. Lots of protein without adding a ton of carbs and very tasty! I mix mine with almond milk and it is delicious.

That seems very expensive. Where I go now is $65/month and no contract, but they have EVERYTHING - tons of equipment, pool, sauna, lots of classes, etc. I used to go to Snap Fitness which was substantially less expensive but not as much in terms of equipment or amenities. I haven't been riding the last few years mostly due to lack of time and money, but showed hunt seat over fences for years. I had a gelding app who was the greatest partner any rider could ever wish for. I miss him dealy every day of my life!!!!

I like the you pick two with chicken noodle and the Asian sesame chicken salad, but if I really want to splurge I get the Fuji apple chicken salad. I love that salad, but it is higher in calories than the Asian sesame.
