  • I am new to fitness pal also and have a quick question for all you crunchers! I have titanium plate in my neck at C2-6, anybody have an easy way to do crunches with that in mind? I have tried and tried over the years but you still use your neck somehow and it ends up hurting!

    Since I'm already at 500 crunches, can I just add 150 to that and make it 650 for my Monday mini challange? Been stuck on 500 for a while, so I think this will get me over the hump.
