    3 reps of 50 each...with the last rep having 51. Thank goodness I have a ball to do the crunches on!

    Sounds like a great plan!
    Since I'm already at 500 crunches, can I just add 150 to that and make it 650 for my Monday mini challange? Been stuck on 500 for a while, so I think this will get me over the hump.
