Any kind you prefer. Standing even if that's all you can manage.
I'm at work and fully intend on getting on the floor
Break them up into sets if need be.

Yay! You're back with the challenges! Woohoo!
It's bed time for me, but maybe I can sneak a few crunches in first, to add to the 30 or so I did at the gym tonight!
