  • chew gum, I also buy the Weight Watchers Fruities sugar free candy that you suck on (do not have to be a member to purchase) by the time I am done with that the urge is usually gone and they are pretty cheap and the piece is not huge so it does not throw off my calorie count :glasses:
  • If you have water percentage on there you should be between 49 and 51% then it is accurate - that is what my nutritionist told me.

  • 135 pounds  Summer is not agreeing with my diet. No parties scheduled for a few weeks, hopefully this will get me on track:blushing:
  • I always keep a couple of Smart Ones on hand for "emergency" - short on time and need a quick meal but I always add fresh veggies to it. I would not do it as my constant source of meals. Plus I am finding that doing it even as I am is getting expensive. I would rather put the money into fresh fruits and veggies. I am a…
  • Did beautiful all day with the diet - turned down invites, did my running around, cleaned the house, rented a movie and we ordered a PIZZA!  Back on track today though. :drinker: :drinker: (pizza was good!)
  • Stick to a schedule that works for YOU. The important thing is that you exercise every day. I just decide what works into my schedule. Some days it is is the morning, others in the evening. Once you get in a routine, it gets easy, it is just another thing you do!
  • Congrats!! Thanks for sharing!

  • If you get a salad, ask for the salad dressing on the side and just dip each forkful in the dressing lightly. Salad dressing can do major damage to a diet.

  • Also log your food BEFORE you eat - sometimes once you realize how many calories it is - :noway: - you change your mind before it is too late:wink:
  • :ohwell: Up 1 pound - on vacation last week - guess that is not TOO bad. Already did 1 hour of exercises this morning, ready to get back in the groove again!
  • I love the Arnold's Thin Sanwich too!! (I get 'em at Costco) I make them as toast too sometimes. Also makes a great BLT sandwich (turkey bacon, no mayo!)
  • The important thing is you acknowledge what you did. That is very important. Congrats on recognizing it and getting back on track. :flowerforyou:
  • can you have hummus? Add that to your celery and other veggies:drinker:
  • Bad week for excercising but at least I maintained - still 134:ohwell:
  • I have been drinking a club soda with a twist of lime - give me the feeling I am drinking when I am not and I feel like I "fit in" better than just drinking a coke. A wine spritzer with a twist of lime is another idea (wine and club soda).

  • Chewing gum or sugar free candy that you can suck on - something to replace the eating. When you are feeling like that try to figure out what is causing that. I have been through that too - I have finally figured out my trigger. It will happen for you too, best of luck!! In the meantime, we are here to support you!…
  • I get her emails too - I thought that sounded yummy too!!
  • Try focusing on why you want to exercise for yourself, your health and doing it for your beautiful daughter. Exercising makes you healthier - you want to be healthy for yourself and your children.
