chew gum, I also buy the Weight Watchers Fruities sugar free candy that you suck on (do not have to be a member to purchase) by the time I am done with that the urge is usually gone and they are pretty cheap and the piece is not huge so it does not throw off my calorie count :glasses:

If you have water percentage on there you should be between 49 and 51% then it is accurate - that is what my nutritionist told me.

I now they make models that will not allow interference but you have to pay extra $$ for those:angry:

I always keep a couple of Smart Ones on hand for "emergency" - short on time and need a quick meal but I always add fresh veggies to it. I would not do it as my constant source of meals. Did beautiful all day with the diet - turned down invites, did my running around, cleaned the house, rented a movie and we ordered a PIZZA! :sad: :sad: Back on track today though. :drinker: :drinker: (pizza was good!) :laugh:

Stick to a schedule that works for YOU. The important thing is that you exercise every day. I just decide what works into my schedule. Some days it is is the morning, others in the evening. Once you get in a routine, it gets easy, it is just another thing you do!:wink: :wink:
