Hi everyone,

I'm new here and new to this kind of forum/website. I don't have a lot of weight to lose (about 15 lbs), but I've been consistently gaining for a while now, so I'm trying to do this now before it gets out of hand.

I've had horrible migraines, which for the last 10 years have become increasingly worse. This made it very difficult to exercise at all because my head would start pounding the minute my heart rate went up. I had always been in decent shape with very little effort. I now have the migraines under control so I can start thinking more seriously about losing those few pounds (yea!). I’m so out of shape right now, it’s embarrassing. I get out of breath really easily, which shocks people a bit because I’m only a little overweight.

Can I just say that I'm so impressed by all of you? I have this relatively tiny amount of weight to lose, and I find it a pain the whazoo to think about how I’m going to do it! LOL. I've never had to do this before (yes, I know, I'm spoiled!) and to admit that I need help because what I've been doing isn't working, is a bit scary.

I'm thrilled I found this site, it's amazing! It makes it so easy to enter meals and activities and to track everything. The other sites I found were complicated and frustrating.

Anyway, that’s me. I look forward to getting to know you all.
