Hi, I am pretty new to this, but based on what you are saying, I think a diet "break" for 2 weeks at your TDEE would be suffice as most people do that every 6 weeks, and then return to their cut. I hope this helps

I have another question! I am starting week 2 tomorrow, but if my TDEE when I started was higher, due to excessively doing cardio daily, but now I have switched to 3 days of weights, and 2 days of cardio with 2 days off a week. Should I re-calculate now, or recalculate after 4 weeks, or when I start cutting? Thanks!

I am very new to this! So please keep that in mind. But I do have to say that whey protein is my saving grace for hitting my protein macros. Also I am pretty sure that fat and protein takes longer to break down than carbs do. Eggs are a good source of protein ... I mix milk with my protein powder and make a smoothie! Hope…
