I'm not new but I could use some new MFP friends. I tend to lose, gain, leave mfp, come back lose, gain.....the pattern continues. I'm sick of it. I only needed to lose 15 lbs, now I need to lose 25. I need some motivation, inspiration, and accountability. Add me if you wish.

I began seeing changes when I measured myself. I didn't think I was losing inches but the measuring tape proved me wrong, I began seeing slight changes that started to add up to real inches. What I also noticed is that when I began working out, I plateaued on weight for a while but the inches started to come off.

Well that's great because I hate cardio, but I'm loving the strength training. I'm seeing results already. I'm so motivated to continue.
