Primark surprisingly do a great affordable sports bra. Around £8. I have a larger bust and found this bra great. It's black & pink with the option to wear as a X back (which I find offers tighter support) or standard bra.

I'd say your pores are clearing out with the sweating your doing with Insanity and to keep going. My skin broke out too, but is now glowing now being half way thru round two Insanity, keep going.....

Yes I have and sometimes do, I suppose you have to remember you are using back muscles when doing your 'level 1/2 drills' amongst other exercises, that you probably wouldn't normally work so hard, just make sure you stretch out good.
