With weigh training my back hurts less at work. I am a dental hygienist and strength training really helps my mood and decrease back pain. An additional perk is my how good my legs are looking in my shorts :happy: :happy:

I'm 5'9 and my goal weight is 185 ish. I was 165- is high school and I played 3 sports full-time. So I feel that 180-190 lb range will be a healthy maintainable range for me. I was about 260 lbs and am down to 218 lbs :happy: :happy: :happy: Half way to my goal!!!

I work 4 10-12 hours days, so on my days off I cook 2-3 meals so me and my husband can have a home cooked meal every night. Makes brown bagging it very easy that way. :-) :-). I made chicken and dumplings tonight and half went in the freezer.

I would do the filet w/o the fried onions with the potatoes and put half of all of it in a to-go box for the next day. Eat slowly and savor every bite. I agree no farm raise salmon for me either yuck
