Help office job food

I work in an office 7-3:30 and apart from my 30 min exercise i sit for most of the day...as you can see in my diary what I eat on week days but not sure if it is helping me to lose weight! What are some ideas for snacks and lunch for one that does not move much ...

Also what is a good peanut butter to buy in Australia?

    Hard-boiled eggs, tomato slices, cottage cheese, apples

    I always have an assortment of almonds and fiber one granola bars in my desk. I bring with me hard boiled eggs, grapes, Greek yogurt and celery w/ peanut butter

    carrots, raw bell peppers, cucumbers, greek yogurt with or w/o granola, bananas, cottage cheese, mixed nuts, trail mix, grapes, blue berries mixed with strawberries
