I'm starting today aswell. I tried it a long time ago, only got through 3 days and then gave up. But I'm going to be desciplined and dedicated. I want to push through the 30 days and see the results!!

I'm 5'9 and currently at 176lbs. My ultimate goal is 140lbs. I'm not 100% sure though since I've never been below 175lbs. So the closer I get the more I'll figure out where I feel comfortable the most.

I tried green tea pills once and it made me feel REALLLLYYY shaky. I took them for about three weeks and had to stop them immediately. I also didn't see any results in the time frame that I took them. I don't recommend them :S

I have the same issue. I weigh myself EVERY morning. I roll out of bed and step on the scale. I know it's a bad habit but It's sooo addicting.
