Hey,
So I've been off and on now. I was doing really well in the spring and lost a bunch of weight. (18lbs) (with much help from MFP) and I seem to have found it again :(
Here goes nothing!

"do or do not, there is no try" Well not really. Have defined measureable goals. Focus and consistency will pay off. Best of luck!

My wife is getting closer to her goal weight and she does a week of loss and a week at maintenance and she is really happy shaving off a pound or two per month... Focus on being healthier and the weight will come off also...

YOU CAN DO THIS! Just hold yourself accountable and remember you are not dieting, you are changing your life and your eating/exercising habits! Good luck!

Hey There! I'm pretty much in the same boat. I was doing really well in the summer. Lost about 18lbs by exercising and eating

right. I was very specific about logging on and punching my calories in.... until school rolled around in September. I began getting

lazy about my food choices and just gave up. I jumped on the scale this morning and... I've gained 5.5lbs since then :S. I've

decided to give this another go and start back up again. We can and WILL do this!!!! Feel free to add me :D

I'm also in the same boat, started off strong February of this year and after 27 pounds lost or so just fell off the wagon and stopped counting calories and exercise all together. I kept trying to get back up on that good ole wagon but couldn't manage to stay on more then a few days at a time but i've been back on for almost a week now and going strong. Really trying to reach that first goal i've wanted since the beginning of the year...ughhhh! Good luck though, you can do it, we all can! :)

You got this...add some friends (like me) that will call you out when you don't log for a few days. You know it works if you just commit to logging and sticking to a plan. You know you can work all the good stuff you like into the plan so to sound like a NIKE commercial JUST DO IT!!!

This is my second time around and have been plugging away "again" for about a year and have lost 24. I'm not always perfect, but I am more consistant now. It's not coming off as fast, but I have realized it's a lifestyle not dieting. You can add me if you like.
