I weigh myself every morning after I go to the bathroom. I find it easier to keep track of that way. It's a lot easier to lose a couple of pounds then not weighing and having to lose 7...for example.

Thank you for all the replies! i do understand why people would think that I was sick. I quit drinking and started eating right and the weight just fell off. Beer has a lot of calories...ha! I eat 5 times a day and I eat healthy stuff 4 of those times. Yes, I have an ice-cream issue at night. i guess it's just after awhile…

I'm not really sure but I do know that lifting weights builds muscles and muscles are weight. Do your clothes feel different? You could be toning and losing inches just not weight.

OK...thanks. I excercise the rest of the week as well. I was just curious what you all did. I, too, feel better when I am moving otherwise I get really drowsy.

Well, I noticed that a half cup on my scale is more ice cream than a hlaf cup measuring cup.

Thanks for all the replies! I have lost 50 lbs and just want to maintain now, but I wondered if I was cheating myself out of food. The answers cleared things up, but is ice cream a liquid or a solid...haha!! I guess a solid since it's frozen!

I have started to notice great improvement in my abs since I cut out the beer :) and started doing stomach crunches.

I like low fat granola bars, reduced fat Nilla Wafers, yogurt. I need a sweet once a day and those seem to do the trick.

Thank you for letting me know that I am not alone. I definately need a lift!! I don't mind the cup size I'm at, at all, it's the droopiness that makes me so self conscious when undressed. I am at my goal weight, actually below it, so if I can maintain it, I am definately looking into some sort of lift!!
