In the mornings I usually eat one bowl of Kashi go lean crunch, for lunch a tuna sandwich, egg salad, tuna salad etc.. and for dinner it's usually Fish, or Chicken, sometimes beef with a little bit of spices, and some pepper, a veggie of some type and either rice or potatoes. I'm okay for those meals, but I don't ever know what to eat for snacks. I am trying to eat 6 times a day, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Today so far I've eaten a little yogurt, and an apple for snacks. What do you guys eat for healthy snacks that are satisfying?

low fat string cheese, wheat thins flatbread crackers (2), yogurt, fruit, carrots, and tons of water!
  • I like low fat granola bars, reduced fat Nilla Wafers, yogurt. I need a sweet once a day and those seem to do the trick.

sugar free pudding, reduced fat cheese and crackers, oatmeal, fruit, 100 calories snack packages, cottage cheese, applesauce, freeze pops. I usually try and keep them around 100 cals. I've been doing this for a few weeks now and it's really been helping me sidestep binges. Good luck!

Well, one of my favorite snacks is Laughing Cow Cheese (35 calories per wedge) with Great Value Brand Baked Vegetable Crisps (12 crisps for 90 calories). I love it! I also do a lot of veggies, carrots, tomatoes, etc. Usually in the evenings I satisfy my sweet tooth with a skinny cow ice cream treat, or some cereal with berries.
  • Thanks everyone :) Seems like everyone has a large variety of snacks, which is great! I should definitely invest in some Laughing Cow Cheese since I do love cheese :) Thanks again!

i try to eat every few hours also but i have started eating about the same amount of calories for meals/snacks. for example for 1st meal i have 3 egg whites, laughin cow cheese, josephs pita, in a few hours apple and cottage cheese, few more hours 1/2 cup chili, a few hours another 1/2 cup chili, then later, 6 pice brown rice sushi, for dinner grilled shrimp and veggies. i try to eat regularly throughput the day so i never get hungry. this is working well for me, i feel great and am never hungry. i stay at 1200 cals (40/40/20 ratio).

u should always do a carb with a protein! So i do apples or bananas with organic peanut butter or walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, even low fat cheese. Or low fat Yogurt with fruit and nuts. Kashi bars are great with a piece of fruit. Kashi crackers with fat free cottage cheese. U could do carrots, cucumbers, tomatos with low fat cheese. Celery with organic nut butter...
