July 1st - 190 lbs July 8th - 188 lbs July15th - 184 lbs July 22nd - - July 29th - 186.7 lbs Sadly, after losing well I've had a bad couple of weeks with being ill. Still, 3lbs less than I was and hoping to go again in August. :)

Everyone has bad days/weeks/etc. Don't beat yourself up over it, today is a new day. Move more, walk when you can and use your common sense when it comes to food. And like other people have said, give it time.
